Fallout: New Vegas 1.4.0.525 with xNVSE (tested with 6.4.9), a US Super Mario 64 .z64 ROM (SHA-256 checked) and, to build, CMake, Ninja and an i686 mingw-w64 toolchain. The README gives a Wine/Proton path example.
