There is no release yet: get its code from its repository on GitHub and build it as its README says (it runs on Windows and Linux).

What it asks for
World of Warcraft 1.12.1 English client (build 5875), an extracted Skate 3 Xbox 360 folder (default.xex + data/; ISO not accepted), an Xbox-style controller, Docker, about 20 GB free disk, and a few hours once for server map extraction. It runs offline against a local vmangos server; the Skateboarding profession needs the patched server that the Linux setup builds.
