There is no release yet: get its code from its repository on GitHub and build it as its README says (it runs on Windows).

What it asks for
Windows 10 or 11 and Half-Life on Steam (25th anniversary update). Setup needs Git for Windows (Git Bash), Python 3.10+ with pillow and pyyaml, Visual Studio 2019 Build Tools (MSVC v142, C++ workload), and Minecraft: Java Edition installed and run once. Setup downloads the Half-Life SDK, SkyCraft, model tools and a portable Java 25; the first run downloads Minecraft 26.3.
