    How to play
    1. Check that your computer can run it: a graphics card with Direct3D 12, Vulkan 1.2 or Metal, and on an x86-64 PC a processor with SSE4.1.
    2. Download the build for your system from the project's latest release: there is nothing to build.
    3. Start it, and in its main menu give it your own copy of the North American 1.0 N64 Banjo-Kazooie: it takes no other version, and converts a ROM that is not in .z64 by itself.
    4. Add mods by dragging their files onto its window before you start a game, or with Install Mods in its mod menu.
    5. On a Steam Deck, extract the Linux build, then in desktop mode right-click BanjoRecompiled and choose Add to Steam.
