    How to play
    1. It needs the graphics and sounds of your own Caesar 3, patched to 1.0.1.0.
    2. Download it for your system from the table in its README: a release, or an unstable build.
    3. Copy it into your Caesar 3 folder, or run it from a folder of its own and point it to Caesar 3.
    4. You need permission to write in the game folder: saves go there.
    5. It loads Caesar 3 and Julius saves, but its own saves open only in Augustus.
    6. Its manual, in English, French and other languages, explains every change.
